EASE Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026 · ARON Co., Ltd. · aron@aron-corp.ltd
This notice describes consumer health data handled through EASE.
Categories collected, sources and purposes
EASE processes the health-related information you choose to enter: food and nutrient records, hydration, caffeine, body weight and goals, workouts and activity, sleep and stress check-ins, routines, GLP-1 records, and optional Diabetes Support meals, glucose readings and medication context. When you authorize Apple Health, EASE can read available health and fitness records, including workouts, steps, energy, heart rate and HRV, body measurements, nutrition, sleep, blood glucose and recorded insulin delivery. It can derive trends, comparisons, estimates and recommendations from those records. A selected meal photo, optional sleep-sound recording or outdoor workout route may also reveal health information. Sources are your entries and selected media, Apple Health and compatible devices or apps that write to it, and inferences EASE produces from those sources.
EASE uses these categories to display and organize the records you request; show activity, meal, sleep and recovery context; save a supported completed workout to Apple Health when permitted; make the comparisons and plans you request; and provide optional account sync or AI analysis only under those features' separate controls. Basic records can be used locally without an account. EASE does not use consumer health data for advertising or sell it.
Categories shared and recipients
When you enable account sync, EASE sends eligible app records such as meals, weight, goals, routines, schedules and activity summaries to its Firebase service provider. The account snapshot excludes photos, imported sensor measurements and workouts, precise route points, glucose readings and the dedicated Diabetes Support meal and medication journals. When you separately allow AI analysis and request an AI feature, relevant selected photos or descriptions, goals, nutrition, weight, sleep, activity, Apple Health-derived measurements and check-in answers may be sent through EASE's server to Google Gemini for that response. AI sharing can occur even if sync is off. If you choose to export or share a file, the destination you select receives its contents. An optional USDA food query or Instacart shopping list may reveal food choices; those are sent only when you request those integrations and they are available. EASE does not send health values to optional product analytics or RevenueCat. No ARON affiliate receives consumer health data for its own purposes.
The categories of external recipients for consumer health data are Google's Firebase infrastructure for consented sync and request processing, Google's Gemini service for separately consented AI requests, Apple Health for workouts you choose to save, USDA or Instacart for an optional food query or shopping list you request, and destinations you choose for an export or share. Their contact or privacy mechanisms are Firebase/Google privacy, Google privacy, Apple privacy, USDA privacy and Instacart privacy. Contact ARON for a list of recipients applicable to your request.
Your health-data rights and requests
You can stop new account sync and AI transfers in EASE's Account & privacy settings and change Apple Health permissions in the Health app or iPhone Settings. You can delete imported Health records from EASE, remove app records in their features, or delete your EASE account. Turning off a permission does not itself erase data previously sent to a provider. You may request confirmation of whether ARON collects or shares your consumer health data, access to that data, a list of recipients, withdrawal of consent for future collection or sharing, or deletion. Email aron@aron-corp.ltd with the subject “EASE health data request” and the request you want us to handle. We will use a secure, reasonable method to verify your identity; you do not need to create a new account solely to make a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will notify applicable processors and recipients of a verified deletion request where required, subject to lawful exceptions and backup timelines.
If we refuse a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject “EASE health data appeal.” We will explain the decision and, if the appeal is denied, how to contact the relevant state attorney general. Requests and appeals use the same email channel. You may also contact Washington's Attorney General or Nevada's Attorney General directly where applicable.
